Son of an Aristocrat and a distant relation of the Royal line in Garlemald, Ruben is loved by his people who remained oblivious to his activities in the shadows. Thought to be dead in the events of Endwalker, he emerged to assist with the aid of the Eorzean Alliance-Garlemald relief while assisting in the vast black-market of Ul'Dah, supplying slaves and illegal contraband under the guidance of his father. He speaks with little restraint, though one will find it hard to understand his intentions or motivations.
