Son of an Aristocrat and a distant relation of the Royal line in Garlemald, Ruben was involved in the military in his youth and was actively involved in occupation of Doma. After the events of Endwalker, he emerged to assist with aid of the Eorzean Alliance-Garlemald relief while assisting in the vast black-market of Ul'Dah, supplying slaves and illegal contraband under the guidance of his father. He speaks with little restraint, often finding joy in pushing buttons and discussing heavy politics, though one will find it hard to understand his intentions or motivations.
